    2012 CHEVROLET CAMARO ZL1 SUPERCHARGED

    I started looking for the, very hard to come buy, 580HP Camaro ZL1 in the beginning of June. I contacted every Chevrolet dealership in Edmonton Alberta to discuss the possibility of buying this model. This proved to be hopeless as the dealerships had every available ZL1 spoken for and ordering one through them directly from the factory still did not guarantee I would get one. They didnt even have one on the lot to look at or test drive. I then decided to search the US, hoping that the larger market would make it easy for me to find what I needed. the logical step, I thought, would be to contact several Chevrolet dealerships and hope they had a new one I could purchase. To make matters worse, each one of the dealerships in the states informed me that GM would not allow them to sell "new" GM vehicles for import into Canada. However, if I could find a used one somewhere, there were no restrictions on importing this vehicle into Canada. In a last attempt to find the car of my dreams, I searched for used ZL1's. After performing several searches on the internet, I stumbled onto Blueline Motors. They were one of the only used car dealerships throughout the entire US that had the ZL1. There were less than 5 listed that I could find in all of the US. If you're a Canadian looking for a vehicle, most of us know that we can save thousands if we buy the vehicle from the states.

    So I called Blueline Motors and got ahold of Robert Welch. Robert was very helpful with my questions about the vehicle's history, and condition. Robert Had the car I had been looking for and was struggling to get into my hands. Being that I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen (other than Photos) nor had I ever imported a vehicle from the states, I was nervous to say the least. We spoke several times over the phone, and each time, Robert put my fears at ease. He worked to find me a shipping company that would deliver my car to me almost 4000 Km away, he sent additional photos at my request, and was in constant contact with me as we finalized the deal. Robert even took time from his vacation during the summer to answer my questions. He was always available and very willing to take care of my concerns. I know I must have had some rookie questions for him but he NEVER made me feel like I was being a bother. In fact, he was always incredibly helpful. There was paperwork which Robert had to FedEx overnight and pay out of pocket to get to me. This may seem insignificant but I respect the fact that Robert didn't try and nickle and dime me to death by making me pay for his FedEx charges like I know other dealerships would. 

    Even more significantly, Robert paid to have the car detailed before the shipping company came to pick it up. He even sent me some final photos showing me the car's immaculate condition before it left his lot. I definitely appreciated that extra care. 

    The car was shipped directly to my door in Sherwood Park Alberta, a suberb of Edmonton, I was like a kid in a candy store. I had a vehicle everyone told me I would have an impossible time getting ahold of. Robert made it easy for me and delivered a beautiful car I would not have been able to get without him.

    I'm pretty sure this won't be the last car that I buy, so when I look for the next one, I'll be calling Robert first to see if he can find me what I'm looking for. I think the biggest fear in making a long distance purchase is finding a seller you can trust. When you do find a dealer you can trust, you're more inclined to continue dealing with that person so I know that's what I'll be doing. Robert has some beautiful cars on his lot so finding something shouldn't be a problem. If you're a Canadian looking in the states for a vehicle, I Know you would be relieved dealing with Robert. You just have to call and speak to him.

    About 3 years ago ( 2009 ) I sold my Acura MDX to Robert Welch.  He purchased it for a client of his, and everything about the transaction went very smooth.  Even though I was a initially a little apprehensive about handing my car over to a stranger that lives 4 hours away; once I met Robert in person I could tell I had nothing to worry about.

    Fast forward several years.  In July of 2012 I was looking for a new( ish ) car.  I found a black over red 2011 BMW 335is convertible on cars.com that caught my eye because it appeared to be in excellent condition and it had very low miles.  I sent the seller an email inquiring about the condition of the car, and I got a quick response back.  It was from Robert.  I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered me right away.  I was pretty psyched that I knew I had someone I could trust as I live 4 hours away.  

    Robert told me the car was in excellent condition ( practically brand new ) and so I decided I had to go for it.  My nephew and I drove up the following day, and Robert was definitely not stretching the truth…this car was gorgeous inside and out and it was for all intents and purposes BRAND NEW.  I left there a happy camper and I am loving my car and the fact that Robert has such high standards for the vehicles that he works with.

    A couple of things that stand out:

    Blueline Motors is a really nice facility.  Robert gave me a tour and it was like being a kid at a candy store looking at all of the beautiful cars that he has.  They are all immaculately detailed AND most were garage kept not sitting out in a lot getting beat up by the weather.
     
    Steve, his detail guy did an amazing job of prepping the car.  Robert nor Steve didn't have to go to the extra effort that they did as I had no expectations other than it would maybe be washed and vacuumed.  After the test drive Steve even came out and wiped off any fingerprints that were left on the car!

    Robert had a full tank of gas in the car for my trip home.  He took the time to show me how the navigation, convertible top, and several other items worked.

    I received my title and tags very quickly ( about a week ), and everything was smooth from start to finish.  My only regret is that I didn't have more time to hang around and chat.  Robert is a great guy and it is energizing to see how much he loves the business he is in and how committed he is to delivering a great experience – not just selling a car.

    I would recommend Robert and Blueline Motors to anyone looking for a great car at a great price.  As a matter of fact I literally referred him to someone on my drive home!

    I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it is to have been introduced to you a few months ago. At the time, I wanted to sell my car and purchase a newer one with similar features.     Typically, buying a car is not a fun or enjoyable experience.   At most dealerships you have to deal with salespeople who are more interested in making the sale rather than earning a customer for life.  Not so at Blue Line Motors.  The entire experience was a breath of fresh air.  I have been in the market for a 2011 or 2012 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 for about a year or so.  However, I was particular in the options I wanted (SVT Performance Package, Stripe Delete, Navigation) and the color Kona Blue.  I wasn’t interested in any other color and finding one with all the options and color I wanted was difficult.  When I did find a few it was always in another state or the dealership was asking for several thousand above MSRP (for new and used ones.)  Recently, I happened to go to Cars.com website and found one with everything I wanted (even the color) with only 1,400 miles on it at a place called Blue Line Motors in Warrenton, VA.  I sent an online request to the dealership to get more information about the car.  I got an email back from Robert asking to give him a call which I did on a Saturday afternoon.  We spoke about the car and some concerns I had about fitting my two young daughters in the backseat as I had never driven a Mustang before.  He suggested going to the local Ford dealership to test one out and see how they fit.  As both of us are car guys we had a great conversation about our past cars and his dealership and his philosophy of ensuring his customers’ expectations are exceeded.  Unfortunately, I was not able to visit a Ford dealer until Monday afternoon when I was off.  Once we finished the test drive I gave Robert a call but was sure the Shelby was gone as he had told me a potential customer was supposed to see the car on Monday.  Fate was on my side as Robert told me the customer never showed up or answered his confirmation phone call.  The Shelby was still available!  So, I scheduled an appointment with him for Tuesday after work and I made the 1.5 hour drive from Alexandria to Warrenton.  When I arrived the Shelby was parked outside his dealership and she looked better in person!  We took the car out for a test drive and I felt like a kid in the candy store driving my dream car.  We went back to the dealership and discussed my trade-in.  He had a price in mind based on his research prior to my arrival.  However, he wanted to ensure that I got the best price for my trade-in.  So, he started to call other dealerships in the area (including one on the West Coast) right in front of me.  He spent several hours on the phone doing this.  I’ve never experienced anything like this before as a typical salesperson would go (or pretend to go) to another office to “work out” numbers.  This shows you the integrity and what an honest person Robert is.  As Robert had other interested parties in the car he could have easily brushed me off to make it easier for him to make money on the car and go home at a decent hour but he did not do this.  Instead he was more interested in not only earning my business but making me a customer for life.  Considering he stayed until 11:00 PM to close out the deal he has done just that.

    Blue Line Motors will be the first place I call for all my future car purchases.

    BlueLine Motors is "The Big Dog" of car dealerships in VA! What a great place to purchase a vehicle! This is definitely a 5 Star business!

    My journey to BlueLine Motors began when I (after 5 months of searching the internet and local dealerships) finally found my very rare Audi TTS/Phantom Black/Baseball Leather interior at BlueLine Motors.  Over the course of my search there were only 2 of these vehicles in America (both were sold online in a matter of days).  My only options were to order (which takes 4 months via a dealership) or to purchase a Blk/Blk (my second color combination of choice) of which there were several across America. So, you can only imagine my joy of finding this rare beauty 35 miles to my home!  Strange as it may seem, I called Robert (what a great guy!) within minutes of the posting of the vehicle on cars.com.  Let’s call it Karma!

    Robert and Mike are true professionals, love what they do, and care a great deal about their customers! I only add this tidbit as they both are very personable and this dealership has a lot of synergy (including Robin, the Office Manager who also happens to be an extremely nice lady).

    Robert worked tirelessly to work out a deal for me and the bottom-line is I got a fantastic, hard to find roadster at a great price!

    These folks are relentlessness and will work like madmen to earn your business.   Yes, I stated “earn your business”. Most dealerships use this verbiage like water through a sieve but do not “walk the talk”; these two gents (and their staff) are extremely values driven, professional, and most importantly have a keen desire to keep the customer number one!

    They have truly earned my business and friendship and I will be a repeat customer! If you see something on their lot or desire a hot item, call Robert and let the process begin..trust me, it will be well worth your while!

    Robert has it together. 

    I was struggling on getting a new vehicle and narrowed it down to a Chevy Camaro or…a MINI Cooper.  I test drove the Chevy elsewhere and was close to getting it but then thought I owe it to myself to test drive a MINI, just to see how I fit since I’ve always wondered.  I’m 6’7”.  I’ve always liked the MINI Cooper and I knew exactly what I wanted.  I wanted blue, with no racing stripes, no white roof or white mirrors.  After searching online in an “Ah-ha!” moment, there it was, a 2009 John Cooper Works at Blue Line Motors.  And it was blue.  I spoke to Robert for the first time over the phone and he was incredibly responsive, polite, and not pushy.  He also reassured me that I’d not have a problem fitting in this car.
    I then followed the car on their website at www.bluelinemotors.com.  Being a computer guy, I found this website easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye.  Then about a week later, I made the trip to BLM.  Upon pulling into the lot, I saw the car peeking around the corner at the end of a line of very nice looking vehicles.  I met Robert; he greeted me and knew who I was immediately.  In my mind, I was 50/50 on buying the car.  Robert drove it around for a test drive and I thought to myself this car looks really nice…60/40.  I opened the door and looked inside, nice interior and very clean...70/30.  I got into the car and sat down.  I fit comfortably…80/20!  Robert took the time to show me the controls and where everything was located.  Time for a drive!  We then took off…90/10.  By the time I took the first right turn, I 100% knew I wanted this car!
    Robert is patient, approachable, and friendly.  I appreciate his candor.  I came to see the car later in the day since it was about a 1 ½ hour drive.  To complete the deal, Robert stayed late, until after 9:00pm to assure I could drive home with this car.  I even commented that the hours state 5:00pm closing, but this did not matter.  
    The car is like new and I love it!  It’s the most fun I’ve ever had on 4 wheels.  It’s quick, it’s tight, responsive, fun, it’s a driver’s car.  In the two weeks I’ve had it, I’ve had more compliments from friends and random strangers alike on how sharp this car is.  If there comes a time I’m looking for another car, BLM will be the top of my list.  I’m glad to recommend Blue Line Motors.

    Dear Potential Car Buyer,

    I would like to share my experience with Blue Line Motors, in hopes to help you finalize your decision to hire Robert to negotiate your auto purchase.  In less than a week I had the van of my dreams, $100/month under budget, thanks to Robert at Blue Line Motors!  Here’s how it happened:

    About a year ago, my parents were looking for a Jeep Wrangler.  My brother found several online, the best offer being from Blue Line Motors.  They bought that Jeep in an uneventful transaction and they drive it everywhere they go!

    In the meantime, I’m struggling with “soccer mom syndrome,” driving my 7 year old son and his friends to playdates, with a baby brother, stroller, bikes, etc. in a Toyota Camry.  I usually ended up with the bike in the trunk, the stroller in the passenger seat, and the kids (elbow to elbow) in booster seats in the back.  One day I decided it was crazy for me to rearrange the furniture in the car every weekend, so I decided to pursue the Honda Odyssey I’ve wanted for 12 years!

    My Camry was less than beautiful and approaching 100k miles.  I was worried about how I was going to get enough for a down payment on a van.  I didn’t want to pay for an ad in the newspaper, and I didn’t trust the people who might call from Craig’s List, so I asked the most resourceful person I know for advice - my brother.  His only suggestion was to call Blue Line Motors based on the previous Jeep buying experience that my parents had.

    Robert told me he would buy my Camry, and match the quote that I got from Carmax.  He said he would find me the most awesome deal on an Odyssey.  All I wanted was the new body style with a rear entertainment center, which meant a 2011 or 2012.  I prepared myself for a used 2011 based on my budget and the value of my trade.

    Robert would call me during his treasure hunt for my van and say, “I have good news……  and it gets better!  Now is the time to get excited!”  I was trying to stay realistic about what I could afford.  I kept waiting for that “it’s too good to be true” moment.  But it never came.  It WAS good, and it WAS true.

    I went about my daily routine until he called to tell me that he had negotiated a deal with a Honda dealer.  I was to bring him my Camry, which he paid me cash for, and then go straight to the Honda dealer.  I received VIP treatment at the dealership when I arrived.  There were 2 vans parked out front upon my arrival, and my only decision was which color to choose.  I drove off the lot with a NEW 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L with only 5 miles on the odometer!  Robert will only settle for the best – he sets his standards high and has fun meeting the challenge of finding an awesome, unheard of deal!

    The best part was that he saved me $3800 off the MSRP, which came in at $100/month under my budget!  Robert respected my time and my finances.  He was genuinely excited to help me get a van that exceeded my expectations.  He explained that buying a new van with a lower interest rate would amount to the same monthly payment as a used van with a higher interest rate.  He also gave me advice on how much to put down, and how to understand the options that would be presented to me in the finance office at the Honda dealer.  I went in there prepared and sure of what I wanted. 

    I have had my Odyssey for 3 months now, and it feels like “home.”  I find myself wondering how I ever lived without it.  I have told all my friends about my experience, and all they can say is “wow!”  Robert is one of a kind.  He will feel like an instant friend, and I want you to call him.  You’ll be glad you did!   (WHO SAYS THAT ABOUT A CAR SALESMAN??)

    My "testimonial":

    If I had to sum up the customer experience in one word, it would have to be "respect."  Robert, from the very beginning, treated me like a good friend who just so happened to be looking for a car.  And it was not the smarmy "friendship" one would get from your stereotypical car salesman.  It was the kindness of a genuinely nice guy selling something that he truly loves in a way that he passionately believes in.  Robert told me that he only buys cars that he himself would be happy owning, and it shows.  He is very selective in what he offers for sale, he obviously loves each and every car in his inventory, knows its entire history, and that love is amply demonstrated in the care those vehicles receive while temporarily under his wing.  

    Robert builds up a customer base in the most fantastic way.  It is not because of the lowest prices, though he does have those.  It is not because he has the best cars, though he has those as well.  It is because once you have gone through the process with Robert, there is no way that you could ever settle for the "other way" ever again.  He raises the bar so high, there just aren't any competitors.

    It would be impossible to recount all of the ways in which Robert went above and beyond expectations to make everything about the car purchase perfect.  From delaying his vacation to show me the car the first time, to assisting me in selling my old car, to placing four brand new tires on the car, to helping me find the best deal in an extended warranty, to taking care of the titling and registration, to contacting me a month after the car was sold to see if I could use a spare Mini part he came across, he continued to provide top notch service even after the deal was closed.  His lovely wife even went so far as to drop off my new license plates and registration (as well as some sunglasses accidentally left in my old car) at my front door!   

    I can (and will, to everyone I know) without any reservations recommend buying a car from Robert.  Even if he does not have what you are looking for, call him and see if he can help you find what you want.  I have yet to find the limits of what he will do for his customers/friends.

    Well ladies and gentlemen what can I say?
    This was one of the most pleasant buying experiences that I have ever had!
    Robert is very passionate about his business but in a different way than car dealers today.

    I think that is missing from your regular dealerships today.
    I purchased a 2009 BMW 328i from Blueline Motors that had everything but navigation. The price was the best in the area. I had been looking for about a month and drove about an hour to his location. It was worth it.
     
    The car was like new, very low mileage, it had 4 brand new tires.
    Every BMW that I looked at came with summer tires which meant that I would have to purchase a new set of tires right after the car purchase because summer tires are useless in the winter. Because Robert had already installed new all season tires on the car, it had all of the options, it was in pristine condition with low miles, I knew this was the car that I should buy. He is not going to sell you a car with anything that could cause you to question the integrity of his business practices.

    My search for a "Saturn Sky Redline Turbo" came to an end when I ran across Blueline Motors web site. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the photos on all the listings. To me, that speaks volumes about not only the cars themselves but the person selling them. A person that takes the time to post clear, sharp images of each car tells me that there is nothing to hide and cares a lot about the cars they sell.
     
    I called to inquire about the car and Robert immediately answered the phone. Within 30 seconds of that phone conversation I knew I was speaking with someone that really cared about his business and was eager to answer any questions at all regarding his cars and/or his business. He offered to send additional quality photos of any detail on the car I requested. HoweverI didn't require any because the original photos on the listing were more than sufficient.
     
    I live in Ogden, Utah and was concerned about how I was going to get the car home. Robert quickly put my worries to rest by offering to setup transport of the car to my front door. Just as promised, the car showed up on time and in fantastic condition nearly 2000 miles traveled.
     
    Buying a car unseen and without a test drive can be nerve wracking but Roberts professionalism and enthusiasm about his job really set my mind at ease. I am thrilled with my new purchase and will be referring him to everyone I meet that is in the market for a new car. He is prompt, courteous, honest and professional. The prices are better than anywhere online. Even after paying to ship the car 2000 miles the price of my car was lower than anywhere else.

    I had decided that I was having a mid-life crisis (or maybe later than that, I will never tell) and I wanted a fun car. I have been looking for the right Mini Cooper for about a year. In my earlier life I had a MGB convertible and I just loved that car so I thought that a Mini Cooper would remind me of my younger days. One Friday morning I goggled Mini Cooper convertible and I found Blue Line Motors had a Mini Cooper Side Walk edition. I had never seen this edition so I took a closer look. I was also intrigued with the name of the dealership. I loved the looks of the vehicle and all the options so I called Robert and asked him a few more questions about the car. I told him I would probably come out to look at the car that evening. Well once I saw the car I fell in love with it. We test drove it and that was all she wrote. I bought it. It is a 2008 and it looks and smells like it just came off the showroom floor. Robert only has pristine vehicles and keeps them in garages. I had not driven a stick shift in quite a while but it came back just like riding a horse. I just love my Mini and would recommend Blue Line Motors to anyone that is looking for that special car.     Dealing with you simply took the worry out of buying a used car, a transaction that is usually and inherently fraught with uncertainty.  We woke the next day feeling a bit crazy and impulsive but completely comfortable that we bought a great car.

    My husband and I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Robert at Blue Line Motors and we are so happy!
    We have three children and found that we were out of space with the Nissan Altima, I had done some research on SUV’s and minivans and found that hands-down the Honda minivan is the best on the market. We looked at several Honda dealerships and found that all of their vans priced out of our range or in a condition that nobody would want! The Touring was not even an option! We were tired of looking, haggling and were giving up the search for a van when a friend of ours asked that I go on Craigslist and check out the cars for sale. I must admit I am not a fan of Craigslist and had seen all the news about Craigslist but I am so glad that I did because that is how I found Robert owner of Blue Line Motors! Robert’s ad was for a 2007 Honda Touring for under $24,000, with LOW miles, very clean and was a FULLY LOADED TOURING (it even came with an extra set of tires)!!!!! I was so excited that I sent Robert an email immediately Friday night and crossed my fingers. He responded right away!!!! He told us it was still available and asked if we would like to see it on Saturday? He asked that we come out to his new dealership in Warrenton. We met Robert out at Blue Line Motors and I told him upon seeing the van that we are looking at our new van!!!! He was very professional and timely through the entire process.     THE SEARCH:
    I first started thinking about a new car back in 2010. I wanted a fun car to drive, one that was a little “different” and one that was a head turner. It wasn’t until late November that I had decided on buying a “used” Audi R8. Then it took me another month to refine my search to an Ibis White R8, with a black interior, a V8 engine with a manual transmission. Not much to ask for. Yea, right…. As I live in Southern California, I started looking locally. I just couldn’t find what “one” car I wanted to spend my kid’s inherence on. Most of the Audi R8’s I found that worked for me were on the east coast, mostly in Florida. I thought man, that’s a long way from California.

    THE FIND:
    It was mid January when I first found "the car" on the Internet, in a small town in Virginia. It was Blue Line Motors in Leesburg, Virginia to be exact. The car had every option I was looking for and more. I was still very apprehensive about buying a car this expensive, 2300 miles from home, and from someone I’d never met. This is when I first contacted Robert Welch at Blue Line Motors. We e-mailed each other back and forth for a few days before I finally called him. Just something about Robert, the way he talked, the sincerity in his voice, you just couldn’t help but like the man. I found him very knowledgeable, very articulate and a genuine person. He put my mind at ease about purchasing a vehicle on the opposite side of the country. Something he wrote in one if his e-mails, “Integrity is what I’m about”. I believed him.

    THE DEAL:
    A few days later found me landing at Dulles International and heading toward the Hilton Garden Inn where I would spend the next two nights. Robert and I met for the first time about 10:00 am the next morning when he pulled up at the hotel in one of the most gorgeous car’s I have ever seen. Robert was true to his description of the R8. It was everything he had promised. Simply gorgeous! There was not a ding, scratch or imperfection on the vehicle. Robert handed me the keys and a short drive sealed the deal. Wow! What a nice car. Signing the paperwork took about 15 minutes sitting in the hotel lobby. That night we went to dinner and just talked about stuff. Seriously, I can’t remember when I have met a more likeable, professional and sincere person as Robert Welch. Arrangements were made through Robert and a local transporter to ship my new Audi to California. The R8 arrived in a covered trailer the day before my first grandson. Two babies in two days, what more could I have asked for!

    THE EXPERIENCE:
    I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but I can’t remember one car purchase I really enjoyed. Until now, that is. It was just a really nice experience. In hindsight, had I taken Robert for his word to begin with, I could have saved myself $550 in airfare. But then, I never would have had the opportunity to meet Robert.

    I recently sold my Mercedes Sports Car, and my wife "suggested" that I purchase a bigger and more "family friendly" After several weeks of research, I narrowed it down to a 7 series BMW or a Range Rover SUV.  On a nice sunny weekend  I took my wife and kids to the local BMW and Land Rover dealerships to check out their inventory. After test driving about 4 vehicles (1 BMW and 3 Range Rovers), I left the dealership, without buying a car.  I knew I really wanted a Range Rover, but  none of the dealerships had the right car at the right price for me.  I am very picky when it comes to cars, so I decided to leave and keep looking. 

    Later on that night, my wife and I were going to dinner and while I was waiting for her to get ready, (she takes forever to get ready), I was online and came across Blue Line Motors website. Blue Line Motors had the exact Range Rover (mileage, color, options, etc.) that I was looking for, FOR LESS Than I was expecting to pay. WOW! I was excited. I sent an email through the Blue Line Motors Website, asking for a call back on my mobile phone ASAP. Robert Welch from Blue Line Motors responded to my email and called me about 15 minutes later. Keep in mind this was about 7:30 in the evening. I was very impressed with Roberts responsiveness and attention to detail. I asked several questions about the car and Robert was very diligent and professional and answered all the questions. We agreed to meet the next day so I could see the car in person.

    Robert drove the car over to my house the very next day and I saw the car in person. The Vehicles condition was Excellent! It was in mint condition inside and out, and priced below the Blue Book Value.  It was a 2006 Model and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor.  I was confident that I had found the car I was looking for. I asked Robert how he has managed to keep a 4 year old SUV, looking so new. He informed me that he is very meticulous with all the cars that he buys and sells and pampers his cars with pride.  Having a small select inventory allows him to pay special attention to each and every car.  Well it definitely showed!!.  I mean, theres was not even a spec of dust on the car. I was impressed and told Robert I wanted to buy the car. Two days later, he brought the car along with all the required paperwork back over to my house ... I signed all the required paperwork and I gave him a check for the SUV..   That's right..... I bought the SUV in the convenience of my own home!! It was so smooth and hassle free, and BY FAR the best Car buying experience I have ever had! I have since referred two of my friends to Robert and I will DEFINETLY be buying more cars from Robert.  His prices are very competitive, His cars are top Notch, he is knowledgeable and professional, he runs his business with integrity,  but above all he makes all his customers feel like VIPs.  Its quite impressive!

    I found “my car” thanks to a colleague in Houston, TX who sent me multiple links to Mustangs and other convertibles, most in other states.  We had to “put down” my 1993 5.0 GT Mustang Convertible after being rear-ended and needed a replacement ‘Stang (nothing beats the sound of a Mustang GT or the view from a convertible).  Anyway, one of the links was to a white/tan 2007 with ~9,700 miles on it at BlueLine Motors for $23,900.  After visiting a “Blowout” Sale and driving 2008 (18,000 miles; black on black) and 2010 (red and black) convertibles at Ford dealerships I knew I had to take a closer look at what Robert had.  While arranging a time to see and drive the car, Robert told me he had reduced to price to $22,900 for the weekend, which was less than Kelly Blue Book Private Sale price.  I immediately decided to meet at the earliest possible time to see/buy the car. Now, Robert did not have to tell me he planned to lower the price and he could have also put me in a bidding war with four other people.  Instead, he dealt with the first person able to see the car.  He also made sure the car was spotless when I arrived and handled all the paper work, including my insurance coverage, while I was on a work call.  What integrity!  Of course, someone else could have easily beaten me to the punch, but I knew that up front.

    My wife also needs to replace her car and we will be using Robert again.  I have also told neighbors about my experience and at least one will be checking out Robert’s offerings.

    The slogan says it all "The ultimate car buying experience".  I contacted Robert looking for a new car after an accident on my way to work and in need of a new car.  I have quite a long commute to work and decided a while ago the next car I got would be a VW Jetta TDI (Turbo Diesel) getting an average 44-48mpg.  I sent Robert an e-mail with what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay.  Needless to say I "handcuffed" him down, I wanted the absolute best deal (under 18G), best car (looks/options), and lowest miles(under 30K) available anywhere (net/dealer).  Trying to find a car with these expectations was like trying to find a "needle in a haystack".  Well, I will admit it took some time to find it but with Robert's knowledge of the market and persistance of looking he "delivered".  The pictures, price paid, and mileage says it all.  The paperwork was absolutely painless and he was completely prepared when I arrived to take delivery.  About 15 minutes and I was driving my new car.  I love the car and especially the fuel economy.

    My husband had a dream.  He wanted a Big Dodge HEMI.  He wanted it to be Silver, a 1500 Laramie, low miles…and for a deal.  He wanted the moon!  We researched for a while but couldn’t find “it” and then decided to do upgrades around the house instead.  Then the 2010 Blizzards hit and our Explorer 4WD died.  We went home and I found “it” on autotrader.com – newly listed!  My husband called immediately and got Robert at Blue Line Motors.  We jumped in the car and drove 40 miles from Maryland to Virginia to check it out.  Despite road closures due to roof high snow drifts and several detours, we made it.  The truck was perfect!  Robert was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle which was in excellent shape and very high quality. After a quick drive, we closed the deal.  The paperwork was quick and easy and Robert took the time to explain everything.  After dealing with many dealers that gloss over all the details, we were very satisfied with the entire process.  No pushy after market sales either, just good business!

     

    We’ve had the truck for 1 day and I am already recommending Robert to my friends despite the drive.  It is totally worth it for the experience and the quality and value of the vehicles he offers (or finds!).  Best car buying experience we’ve ever had.  Thanks Robert!

    I researched the ZO6 Corvette for a year on the internet and locally.  In December 2009 I saw Robert’s Blue Line Motors listing.  It was just what I wanted and more, however it was in Virginia and I’m in Connecticut.  I spoke to Robert on the phone for quite a while.  We connected right away.  He was incredibly professional and his knowledge of his business and the car I was interested in was superb.  The 30 plus photos and description of the vehicle on his website proved to be unbelievably accurate.  We had several great phone conversations thereafter.  A few days past and there I was on a train to Virginia to purchase the ZO6 sight unseen.  As my sister in law and I drove up to meet Robert and look at the car, I was blown away – a “wow factor” I wasn’t anticipating.  I purchased the car at this time.  I have never experienced such a sincere, friendly and simple purchase that from now on I will give Robert the first call for any cars that I or a friend, would be looking for.  After working with Robert, I’d like to mention that if you are 5 miles away or 500 miles away it’s worth the trip to Blue Line Motors for the incredible service and attention Robert gives.

    My great first time car buying experience. It was a Sunday night in-between Football games. I did a quick search on 2004 Land Rover Discovery. First link was Blue Line Motors. Bam! The car I wanted right color and features. I called Robert immediately. With in 30 min I was test driving it. It drove better than the pictures. Robert was professional, no pressure, and respectful. There were no tricks or gimmicks. I was impressed with the car and super impressed with Blue Line Motors. From the start it wasn’t about buying the car, but the car buying experience.     We had decided on the car we wanted, price we wanted to pay, exterior/interior colors and options we wanted in the car. We also told Robert we wanted all of this before we went away on vacation in less than 10 days. We had been looking on the internet  too and were having a very difficult time finding what we wanted. It seems a silver Lexus GX 470 with black interior, DVD system, navigation and a Mark Levinson sound system is relatively difficult to find. Robert found one within several days, negotiated the price we wanted to pay and found out answers to questions we never thought of asking before it would have  been too late. So Robert finds the car in Orlando, hops on a flight, drives for two days and delivers the car to our driveway and then will filled out 20 minutes of paperwork. I will never buy a car from anyone else whether it is new or pre owned. He gets the best price from dealers and individuals. The best part is I wasn’t stuck in a dealership for 6 hours.     2007 MAZDA5 SPORT
    Two months and nearly two thousand miles in, and we love, love, love the Mazda5!  

    I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help in getting us this car.  You were able to get us a better and newer model, with lower mileage, for LESS money than we would have spent if we had just shopped at the local Mazda dealer.  The car has features we weren't even considering at first because we thought they would be out of our price range.  But you were able to find us a car that had all the bells & whistles, but still in our budget.

    Tim's mom was visiting from Ireland last week, and we used the 3rd row of seats the first time.  It was great to just pop up one of the 3rd row seats, and still have room for storage.  Honestly, Mazda should contact me to make a commercial for them, I love this car so much.  And I've also told all my friends about the great experience we had working with you - I even posted it on my facebook page!

    I want to take the opportunity to thank you for an absolutely wonderful car-buying experience.  I just love my mellow yellow Mini Cooper!
